Most of my traditional crochet hooks are straight with no curves or have small rubber grips on them. I’ve never been particularly interested in the thicker ergonomic style of hook that tapers toward the top and bottom with a wider middle. But maybe I’m missing out. I now have a metal interchangeable kit and a wooden set that both have these thicker handles. Here’s my first look and trial run with them to see how they feel.
